Had this on a trip overseas and it is wonderful!Perfect taste for breakfast and strong enough to really wake you up....This is the primary breakfast tea served in Ireland...wonderful taste.A newcomer to the world of tea, I've been taste testing teas like a madwoman. First, I've divided them into categories. The most important category for me is what I have named "Black teas to be enjoyed with some sweetener and a splash of white stuff." Most I rated on a scale of one to five. There were too many teas I liked and quite a few I disliked, so I added a zero and a six to my rating scale. A zero tea was, for me, a lousy tasting tea to be avoided. The six teas were particularly yummy. I also kept a record of how many tea bags it took to get a cuppa strong enough to suit me. Bewley's Irish Breakfast tea was one of two teas with a rating of six, and it cost half as much as the other six. I have found out what I wanted to know, so my weird taste testing is over. I've actually found a tea I love that I can afford to buy.This is my favorite tea. I drink it all the time. Nothing else compares to the taste and quality.The flavor is full bodied and the wonderful aroma takes me back to my childhood when my mom would make me a cup of tea to warm me up and make me feel better! I had been searching for that experience!The tea has a robust flavor and can be used for iced tea, in addition to hot.This is very good tea, rich mellow and flavorful. I like it with milk and a bit of sugar or honey. We had some friends over who are big tea drinkers and they exclaimed it was the best they ever had. They wondered where we got it since it isn't in local stores; we told them Amazon, and they immediately ordered some, and introduced it to their friends who all liked it too. For people who really like tea, this is a good one to try.
