They make generic bags for this machine and we've tried them. This is the very best way to go, and at a descent price. We love this vac, it is our second in 16 years. Gave the first to one of our kids and it's still in use. We use this for commercial cleaning and have never had a bag failure. We know better than to shop generic.Fast Service - Product is as it was described and pictured! I will shop with them again in the future :)!I purposely bought from this vendor as they advertise "Lindhaus PH4 Vacuum Cleaner Bags" and have a photo of the box of bags posted here. What arrived? Generic bags, with no hepa filters included. Very disappointing and very bad advertising.
