The best pasta I've eaten in USA. Made in Italy.Favorite pasta ever!Cooked exactly as directed, this pasta tasted almost fresh. Very nice texture that held the pesto sauce perfectly. I highly recommend this pasta.It's delicious. Don't overcook it. Serve it with plenty of high-quality sauce. The texture is lovely and quite palatable. This tastes mostly like ordinary pasta, but doesn't leave me feeling heavy and bloated.They are hardly edible, because they were terribly starchy, gummy and sticky! I had high hopes because of other Bionaturae pasta reviews and they appeared to look like regular wheat pasta, but I was wrong.
